CPD is one of the UK’s leading distributors of cleaning and janitorial products and has been recognised as an Investor in People since September 1993.
CPD is fully committed to the continual improvement of the company’s service, environmental performance and pollution prevention through the development and maintenance of a Management System in accordance with ISO14001: 2004 and ISO9001: 2008.
CPD is, therefore, committed to:-
- Complying with all environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements relevant to the operation of its facilities.
- Minimise waste through the re-use of packaging, wherever practicable.
- Provide information to its customers to enable them to consider the benefits of using more environmentally friendly products where suitable alternatives are available.
- Maintaining effective controls to reduce risk of fire.
- Ensure efficient use of non-renewable resources.
- Meeting customer requirements every time, on time
- Prevention of pollution.
- Continually improving the system and service delivered
To ensure the aims of this policy are being met, the Management System, objectives and targets will be reviewed by the board every 12 months.
